  • opportunity origination and selection;
  • pipeline management and deal scoring;
  • data-driven due diligence;
  • dynamic business plans (scenarios, sensitivity analysis, financial leverage);
  • construction monitoring (progress, costs, timelines);
  • comparable analysis and predictive pricing models for exit strategies.
